Pencil Pup Privacy Policy
Effective June 9, 2026
Pencil Pup is built for children, so we hold it to the simplest possible standard: it collects nothing.
All drawings, artist profiles, progress, and settings are stored only on your iPad. The app contains no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and it makes no network connections of its own. We never see your child's name, art, or anything else — there is nothing to see on our side.
The only network activity is Apple's own App Store payment system when a grown-up unlocks the full lesson library (protected by a parent gate). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple; we receive no personal information from them.
Artwork leaves the iPad only when a grown-up passes the parent gate and explicitly uses the Share feature, and it goes only where they choose to send it.
Deleting the app permanently removes all drawings and progress. There is nothing to delete anywhere else, because nothing was ever sent anywhere.
Pencil Pup is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Apple's Kids Category guidelines, and equivalent regulations — the easy way: by collecting no data at all.
